I dont know why but that stuff gives me heartburn from H E L L I wi**** didnt cause im serious gonna be limited on what I can drink when I have my surgery.

Chimere, have you tried the brand from Wal Mart? I can't pay Crystal lite prices but I will get the 10 pack from Wally's for less than $2.
