Feeling Sick

Hello all,

Today is my 2nd day back to work and I am not feeling well at all. I am weak, tired and a bit woozy. (TMI)-My urine is not dark so I don't know if this is dehydration or what. If I don't feel better soon I am leaving but it doesn't make sense for me to drive home weak. Any one else experience this?

I am pre op my self,but I am a L.P.N. and anytime your urine is dark you are dehydrated. so drink up and see if that helps or at least lightens your urine to a pale yellow. If not call your Surgen.

HOW dark is your urine? Just darker yellow than usual, or DARK? If it is DARK you need to call your doctor asap - I believe that could be a sign of liver problems.

Can you lay down for a bit before driving home or get a ride home?  Your body has been through a LOT of trauma. 

I'm drinking and I'm eating some chicken salad to see if that helps. I think my blood sugar was low.

I would lay down if I were'nt at work!

How long did you take off work for recovery/ Maybe it was not long enough.
I have my surgery on July 19th and was only planning on taking off a week but after reading some of these post I think that is not long enough.

I was off 2 weeks. I left early to go lay down. I've seen people go back in one week but I was still feeling tired.
