One year surgiversary

Friends,

Gosh I haven't been here in forever! But OH emailed me and reminded me yesterday was one year since my surgery - and what a year its been. I'm 110 lbs down from my all time high and 80 from my surgery date. I have more left to lose, but I'm okay with that - at this point I am exercising more, eating better, feeling better, than ever in my adult life. And I'm still working on it! (I need to exercise even *more* and not eat sugar... I know this - but I am in such a better position to do these things than ever before. Its amazing.)

Thank you OH friends, for all your support. I will try to come around more and help pay it forward.
