4 Months Out (What are you eating daily)
I have almost 4 months out and I just feel like I am stuck. I want to know what are people eating
(Realistically)...Like me

1/4 egg beater
2 oz shredded turkey
11am
snack
crackers w/cheese
Lunch
1/4 Turkey meatballs, broccolli, cheese and beans
4pm

Hello! Miss Shell post almost ever day. ( Hay V S what you eating today) that will give a real good idea what people are eating. Me I am about 4 weeks out and eating about 3 ounces every 2 hours. Man cottage cheese, and greek yogurt , creamed soup, 1/2 protiene shake. YUM YUM! IT'S GETTING OLD. I see the nut Thursday and we are suppose to expande. Good luck!
i hate the monotony too. I was just saying to someone this morning, I'm thankful for the sleeve, but also am just now starting to miss the "pleasure" of eating. I don't eat for pleasure anymore, I eat for nutrition and this is the hardest thing for me as I'm watching everyone enjoy their meals. I do eat things that taste good and I like them, but just get bored!

Nectar protein drink
Snack
2 crackers w/ reduced fat peanut butter
Lunch
2 1/2 oz low fat chili w/ 2% shredded cheese
Dinner
(basically a chalupa w/out the corn tortilla)
1 oz lean ground beef
1 oz fat free refried beans
1/2 oz smashed avacado
and a sprinkle of shredded 2% cheese
plus maybe a sugar free popsicle for a late snack
