Howdy, Newbie Here Looking for Accountability

Hi everyone, found this forum through my surgeon's office and Im hoping to make a few new accountability friends. Was sleeved on Nov 17th. Pre-Op weight 11/6 was 260lbs(did I just put this visible to the world?!), and my current weight as of 12/7 is 230lbs. Just started on pureed foods and I'm grateful to God that I have been improving in strength everyday...Blessings!

Welcome Newbie this is where you need to be the people on here will be your best friends . And congrats on the Sleeve I know its hard now but the VSG works you have lost over 30lbs in a month HOLY S.IT how cool is that. so good luck to you.

Thank you, Vinny Mac! I can't recall the last time I ever lost half that amount so I am already so glad I made the choice to have the VSG!

 Welcome to the site!!  I love this site and the people!  I don't have any close support groups so I tend to spend lots of time here now that I just had surgery two weeks ago!

 I definitely haven't got used to the new lifestyle.  I'm sure when I'm prancing around thinner, I'll be singing a new tune.  lol.  I do miss things but I know the only way to reach a normal weight is thru the surgery.  I'd kill to just gulp some water right now.  It's hard for me to see the future when I'm still recovering.  No regrets though!

Hi!  I was sleeved on the 18th.  Down 24 lbs. and doing great.  Keep it up -- you're doing a fantastic job.
