Happy New Year everyone!!

I remember when I would post everyday, mulitple times a day... now I am off galivanting around the country side with OH long off my mind.. I am thankful for the new lease I have on life... Totally enjoying every moment of it!!

I surpassed my goal (136) like a rock star.. I was at 116, however I am a little bloated currently due to a 2100 mile trip a few days ago, I always retain water, I dont know why.. so I am 118..until this water weight falls off..

if you are waiting for surgery, good luck to you, it will be the best choice of your life
if you are newly sliced and diced, good luck to you as well.. use your tool WISELY!
if you are long past the new phase of wls.. well  maybe I will see you out galivanting :)
If you are struggling, dont worry.. just get back to basics... get your tush in a gym.. and work towards your goal! no excuses, you are in control of the weight

You look wonderful! Did exercising cause you to stall? What exercise do you do?

When I REALLY pushed myself, I would build muscles faster than the fat was melting, or at the same rate... so at points depending on if I worked out too much, or too hard I would stall out or even gain a little bit... however the muscles look thinner  than fat so I was ok with.. eventually it all just caught up where it needed to be.. I do have to eat more than I ever expected to maintain... I am fairly certian that if I ate like I did in the start I would be underweight
