Unfortunately, it does come off slower. You might make sure your protein is at the high end of that range and up your fluids to at least 90 oz. But whatever you do, the last pounds are slow to come off.

Don't get discouraged. They will come off.

up protien by 20grms or so and try exercise, very different from what your currently doing, we all should incorporate asomething random into our exercise programs, as our body become very familiar with the same routine

I'm in the same spot.
I've found that eating less one day then more the next as well as adding exersize and a little more protein has done the trick for me.
The weight is coming off.
Good luck,

Two words: strength training. The more muscle you can build, the more calories you'll burn when NOT exercising.
Good luck on getting to goal by your b-day.

I have two tips of advise...

1.  Increase your protein by 10 grams
2.  take a week off from working out

I did both and lost 4.5 pounds in one week (after I hit my doctor's goal).  I only have less than a pound to my goal and my weight loss just took off again after doing that.
