YUMMY protein shake and renewed motivation

 Yesterday I found a protein shake that is very good.  I have tried muscle milk, dont like.  Premier Protein from Costco, like the chocolate, not the vanilla.  I have tried Body Fortress, chocolate is good, but vanilla and strawberry are not.

Yesterday I had   "Vitasport 7 Protein Synthesis"   vanilla flavor from Nutrishop, www.NutrishopUSA.com    It is the BEST I have tasted!  153 calories, 1 gram fat, 2 carbs and 34 grams protein.  They have chocolate, vanilla and cookies and cream.


I am so happy this weekend! After a 2 month stall, have lost 0 lbs since Christmas!  The scale started moving again this weekend! Yay!
