that's about 4 lbs a week. you will probably start losing at a slower rate once you get down to a lower weight. 2lbs is a good healthy rate. i have to lose 100lbs and am giving myself 8 months (2lbs a week), i'm sure i will have big whooshes of weight loss and stalls but it should all even out.
I was having some of the same thoughts. I was sleeved on Dec 21st, but I have only lost 38 lbs. The rest was 6 mo pre op. I haven't been cleared to do any exercising besides walking yet, so I hope when I get to go to the gym that more weight will fall off. I feel like we are doing pretty good. Some of the stories on here make me feel like I am not doing something right, but 38lbs is nothing to sneeze at I guess.
Hang in there...everyone says that a year from now, we will be thinking that this kind of feelings will feel silly. I hope so. I'm just going by how my clothes fit and my inches lost which is a lot better than the scale!
