 Hi all, 

I am 2 1/2 months out and have done well but excersise is always a challenge.  We cannot afford a gym membership right now so I am doing it "on my own" at home.  I have been walking and doing Zumba but on Friday I decided that I would buy some weights.  I went to Walmart and got 2, 2 lb weights.  While I am at the computer, I use them until I feel the burn and a little beyond.  I have built muscle (IN 2 DAYS!!!) and lost a pound a day since starting this.  It was such a simple change that I didn't think much of it but it is working and helping.
