Been a while...6 mth. pic...

Hello everyone!!
Wow its been a while since I've posted on here. Just decided to take a break from the website & concentrate on my weight loss. I had, still have stalls like crazy so it got frustrating. I am 24 weeks out this past Tuesday & from surgery -59 lbs. From before surgery -72 lbs. down. So I'm very happy with my loss. I still have 49 more lbs. to my goal & finally at a point where I know it'll come off as long as I follow my plan. I work out 6x/week & on that 7th. day I make sure I do something physical, whether take my son to playground & join him or just a nice walk with him & my dog. I have days where I eat so much & others not, I just go with the flow & MFP is my best friend. I haven't gotten sick at all. But I def. know when I over do it, which isn't alot. For those of you questioning to do this, DO IT. It saved me. I still have a few medical problems, but I'm praying & hoping to be done with it at my next Dr. visit when I do labs & tests. Best thing I ever did. I love myself more, more physical, more social, sex is way way better with my husband lol had to slip that in & the best part is, I'm healthy for my son!!! I'm able to do all types of things with him. We had a hard time trying to conceive him, so he's our miracle & I'm making my health better to be with him for a long long time.

I have no regrets!! I love seeing all the losers on here & this site has been awesome with the support. Also the Texas one too, that I recently found :) Such great support!!
