I overdid it today

I was sleeved the 25th. I too, am havin a lot of gurgling going on. I notice if I take too big of a sip, I have a litle pain, a little gurgle, then it goes down. I don't know how much I've been drinking, but trying to take it slow and not over do it.

 You also! Yea the gurgly pain thing is definitely the norm as I'm feeling everything out. I am not having nausea or indigestion but yesterday morning at like 4am I took a few sips of water too fast and wanted to die. It was the worst pain ever in my esophagus. That was an eye opener.
