Surgery in the morning.... In a bit of a funk

 So I haven't been stressed or overly nervous until today- didn't really realise how adgitated I was until I  saw my psych today and spurted a whole heap of verbal diarrhea at her,I was quite carm by the time I left but now I'm just feeling blaahh.

Have stuck perfectly to my preop diet which has been opti shakes 3 times a day and green veg UNTIL today when I absentmindedly grabbed a vitamin water and sculled half of it- not happy -and now I have my husband trying to talk me into oing out for dinner,I think he means well,maybe,not sure, he's suggesting Thai which is one of my faces and I can just get a stir fry with greens in it but I dont know hat I want to put myself in that situation.

Just want to curl up and sook.

On a cooler note my netrition order arrived yesterday and omg soooo much fun sugar free gear in there( really hard to ind s/f stuff in Australia ) pb2 and several different sample packs of protein- I can't get over the choice of flavours!!

That should say faves in the Thai sentence ,stupid IPad!

I felt the same way just in a funk and I didnt even have a preop diet, we just have all these things going thru our minds,and for me I was just said that this is what I had to do to get my health under control,it will pass maybe not immediate but it will as soon as you start to feeling better..Best wishes on a speedy recovery

Sometimes I think the pre-op diet was more difficult than the post-op diet. You are getting past that hump. Sounds like you are doing great. Best of luck to you with your surgery!
