First NSV??

It dawned on me when I was talking to a friend on the phone tonight I had my first NSV! One week before surgery I went to meet the teacher at my sons school. It was very difficult to walk thru the school and I was sweaty, in pain, and out of breath. It was all I could do to say hi and go. Well I am 2 weeks out from surgery and he had open house tonight.. I made it thru the school, stopped talked to friends, and was not sweaty, out of breath, or in to much pain. I can only imagine how good I will feel in a month!!! Wasn't expecting this so soon. Helps with my depression I have had lately!

 That's awesome!  I am happy to see that you are up and about and hopefully starting to feel a little better.  Keep that smile on - it will continue to get bigger.  

Any such improvment in health like that is an awesome NSV!
