I'm finally on soft foods...yay!  It's only been almost six weeks.  Any ideas?  I lost my appetite completely about two weeks ago, so nothing is sounding good and I'd love some recommendations of things you all enjoyed during this phase.  Thank you kiss

I was never a yogurt fan b4 VSG but NOW, can't live w/o it While there might be better choices and obviously taste specific... I like Yoplaits 100 2x protein -- Key Lime. Yum...
also Chobani Pineapple ( but that one might be a bit  lumpy ( was saying chuncky but it didn't like that word after bit (LOL) 4 you @ this stage)

Guacamole, nonfat plain Greek yogurt with stevia and some milled flax seed, refried beans with salsa, scrambled eggs or egg whites with salsa, turkey chili with cottage cheese (might want to puree the chili if the beans are still too big to handle). I really love nonfat plain Greek yogurt because it has lots of protein and way less sugar than any of the other yogurts. If you look at their sugar content it is out of control! Good luck.
