Hiccups ugh

So this is the 2nd time in about an hour and a half I have the hiccups. They lasted about 10 min or so last time. They suck! I just drank about 20oz of liquids too to help them from before but also to keep my liquids up. Why do these happen

No idea, but I have had them more frequently since surgery. I was wondering if it didn't have something to do with the nerves healing... Wild guesses!

I think I hiccuped first thing coming out of surgery. I guess it's your stomachs way of getting even
