Trust a fart!!! I was in the kitchen making my family a wonderful meal that I could not eat (still 2 weeks post op)....I've been farting for the better part of a week and it's been amazing and wonderful!!! I felt one coming on, smiled and let it out.....I LET IT ALL OUT.....I POOPED MY PANTS.....OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Yep, I filled my pants like a 2 year old!!!!
