It's not gonna work

I am waiting on a date for my sleeve. I finished my requirements for the insurance company, now just waiting for approval. The closer I get to my date, the more nervous I am becoming. My biggest fear is that it's not gonna work. I am afraid that even if I follow all instructions and exercise, it's still not gonna work. Is this normal?? I'm starting to wonder if I'm just meant to be a big girl.

It does work ! I have been ill since surgery.....I had a lot of health issues prior to surgery. I seem to keep catching colds/flu from my great nephews....all 5 of them. But even without exercise for a lot of the time, I am still losing weight !

It will work. Don't worry. I had those exact thoughts too. I think we are all programmed the same way. It will work.

Thank you so much ladies. I feel a little better. Glad I'm not the only one who had those thoughts. I may just be over thinking this.

Yes, I thought I was the ONLY one it wouldn't work for. Huh, it works like a charm if YOU work it! Best wishes to you.

Me too! I totally believed I was going to fail at this. Why wouldn't we believe that though? For most of us this is the one thing we have never been able to get control of, so it's really hard to believe that we finally can do it. You can though, and it's incredible, and you will feel amazing! Good luck to you, honey!

Fears are normal BUT. The sleeve will only work if you do your part.
Read on here as much as possible. I can suggest some YouTube videos- mine included.
