Protein Shakes Question

I was making a smoothie with the Muscle Milk Vanilla Protein powder. The 1st time I mixed the powder up with the milk, strawberries, pineapples and yogurt. It was pretty good. It was just a little proteiny...The 2nd time I just poured the protein powder in the blender without mixing it, and when I first poured it was really good, but after about 5-6 mins the protein started separating. The smoothie didn't look separated, but it tasted like it was. Anybody have any thoughts on this?

It will curdle when you add acidic ingredients like pineapple, just like milk will. Essentially you're making cheese.

tryabouttime.com has some amazing flavors and the costs are very reasonable.

I was advised by my NUT to avoid Muscle Milk and EAS like the plague.  She said it was not a high quality protein, and not absorbed as well as other brands.

Ok, I'm pre-op and went to the store and saw it on sale. Grrrr so now I will try to find another brand. I was just trying to get some protein in b4 liver shrink. Thanks for letting me know. What brand do you use?

That muscle milk package tricks you. It has a big 32g of protein, then in small writing, it has per 2 scoops. Then you look at 2 scoops and it has over 300 calories. Smh...trickery
