Before & After - 3 Months Out and down 55 lbs

Hi! I am 3 months out and feeling pretty good. My energy level is not that great but it's WAY better now at 220 lbs than it was at 275. My eating habits have been great but I can't seem to find the will to exercise as I am intimidated by my severe bouts of Tachycardia. Looking forward to getting over that hurdle one day :) 

So sorry for the crappy quality (and nasty expression) on the after photo. I was in Walmart which tends to give me a bit of anxiety lol. I was 10 lbs heavier when I had my surgery from the Before photo and I am now 6 lbs thinner from the after shot.

Okay thats not you in the b4 pic right lol jk? You look AWESOME!! Gives me hope. My surgery weight was 279 I am now 259. I can't wait to see me 3 months from now.

what does your doc say about excercising with your tachycardia? perhaps something nice and easy, like swimming or walking? don't do a thing without your doc's ok!
