Hey Keith, any idea how the nutrition info would change with ground turkey instead of ground beef?  I don't really eat much red meat any more.

I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

I bet you could make it with ground chicken and get roughly the same nutritionals.

It'll taste better, too!  I often eat lean ground chicken. I cannot stand the taste of ground turkey. I'm sure I'll be eating ground chicken way more often once I'm post-op. I will still occasionally have super lean ground beef, but not often.

I'm going to have to try this recipe once I'm on "regular" food, which will be a while.  Pushing through the pre-op liquid diet right now.  :)
