Once upon a time I weighed 447 Pounds...I now weigh less than
I did at the age of 25! Not too bad for my 50 year old butt. I am sticking to the plan 100%. No cheating, no wiggling, no "well, maybe this one time".
And, I realized today that I am only 9 flipping pounds from entering "one-derland". Which is crazy for my former 447 pound "I used to have to stand on two scales (one foot on each scale) and add the weights together" brain to wrap around.
I am so thankful for the wisdom shared on this board by the Vets. :)

Elina,
To be honest, I wouldn't be where I am so far if it wasn't for people like yourself, Frisco and other successful vets posting on the boards.
