I woke up this AM to meeting my last mini goal on the way to goal!

I now weigh less than my dog who is a 140 lb Newfoundland!!

I weighted in at 138.5 WOOOOO-HOOOOO!!!!!

I LOVE Newfies, too. I worked in an animal hospital in college and on of my favorite patients was a "gentle giant" Newfie named Benjamin :) He was the most passive creature you'll ever meet!

shes the sweetest, gentlest,loving girl!!

we often refer to her as our throw rug! She's big beautiful and LAZY!

always at my feet or close by...loves to be where the family is!

Way cool! And on top of it, when you get too little for the clothes you're in now, there is a 140#nder that you can give them to.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
