Scale Victory
Hi all. I'm 4+ months post op and 8+ months since completely changing my lifestyle. It's been a great journey. A few stumbles and hurdles along the way but all in all I'm very very happy. I've had tons of NSVs which are my absolute favorite thing about the process. But, today, I am celebrating a scale victory! About 2 months ago I set a goal to he under 250 lbs in time for my company picnic at Cedar Point on August 23rd. I've still got 6 days to go and I've hit my goal! I weighed in at 249.8 this morning. A year ago, I would have placed a very large bet against losing 133+ in only 8.5 months but here I am!
Congrats! That is great progress. Just think, in 3 years you will be down to nothing.
