VSG on 08/19/14

Just wondering what kind of vitamins are you guys taking. I bought the bariatric advantage chewable but its getting harder for me to take BC the taste makes me gag. Anyone have any recommendation for a vitamin.

I take the same pills and they are some nasty pills to try and get down. UGH. I look forward to other responses :) I wish there was a way to "follow" this post. None of my notifications work :(

I take the Bariatric Advantage Multi with Iron. It is 3 capsules a day. Then I take their calcium chews. I also need extra D3. The Bariatric Multi really seemed to be the best bang for my buck. Three months for $49 and it has everything in the necessary quantities.

I use their mail order service as well. I can't figure out how to get the iron pills in...those give me such a horrible aftertaste :(

They have a Multi that includes iron. I understand it is pretty new. I use that.

You have a smaller stomach - that's it, so there's no need for designer bariatric vitamins. Centrum has a chewable, or try swallowing pills. I was swallowing 12 horse pills the day I came home from the hospital. It took some time, but I got them down.
