It is!  Thanks for asking.  Here's what I posted on FB, which I think is amusing :D

This is how my afternoon went - I got home from yoga and was in significant amounts of pain and starting to feel nauseated. I messaged R (who works closer than P on Tuesdays) and asked him to come home since I didn't think I'd be able to take myself to ER. I was 99% sure that I had a kidney stone, but in my 25 years of getting kidney stones I've never had one on the right side, so I was 1% concerned it was something else.

We got to ER at 4pm. I got taken back to a room at 7pm. The nurse asked if I could give a urine sample and I PASSED MY STONE. So I left.

Fun times.

Are things going better SATX?

I did a 45 min vinyasa class.  I haven't been sleeping enough, so took it a little easy.

I am on some pain meds that help and feeling a lot better.  Dreading passing the stone.  It is 7mm which sounds pretty big.  They said there are a few more small ones but I have read that even small ones can cause a lot of pain when they start moving.
