I am deciding on weights at the Y or a 3 mile walk.  Probably should do weights.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

I ran in the morning for 3.53 miles in 1:16. Then I did 45 minutes of post-run yoga.

I did an 'easy' 6 miles today.  It is crazy that 9 min miles are light days for me now.  Just insane.  

Thursday I'm going fast again and pushing for sub 50 minutes! :)

30 minute walk in a park.

35 minutes of strength training. I AM SOOO WEAK! I just can't wait to get stronger. I can only do 5 lunges at a time, and struggle with push ups at a 60 degree angle.

10 minutes HIIT on the elliptical. Felt like jelly afterward.
