Gwen, I'm glad to hear your timeline.  I'm thinking of going to see a movie today to be away from all the food!

One of my good friends, who is Canadian, came over and we had a movie marathon!

Today has been my busiest day thus far.  Was out and about, including a great deal of walking, from 9a-5p!  I'm a little tired now, but not as much as I would have expected.

Thanks for checking on me.  :)

I'm a month post op and I have had energy since two days post op! I went to my first group tonight and people brought this up and most people seemed to say get there energy back about a month after. It will come! I swear!!

Awesome!  Sounds like that's the norm.  You were the crazy one with energy the whole time, huh? :)

I finally got my energy back at around 7 weeks. Don't push yourself. Let your body heal. REST!

STOP doing so much.  You need to heal.  Everything is still swollen and walking is very good. Don't over do it. I had mine 6 weeks ago.  It takes about 4 weeks to be like the energizer bunny like I am now.  You need to get allot of rest and take it easy.

So, lionhounds, you're an energizer bunny now? :)

You sound a lot like me!!  I went blueberry picking with my kids four days after surgery!  Then, my energy dropped, too.  It took about 2 weeks before I felt like I did pre-op and about 3 weeks before I was feeling super energetic!  Good luck!!
