Recently diagnosed with MS.

I was diagnosed with MS a few years back but then told I was diagnosed incorrectly and that I'd had a stroke instead. I've been battling some pretty crazy symptoms lately and I've had my MRI's redone and re diagnosed AGAIN with MS. My question is this, I'm still battling my regain and I'm wondering if there are any other MS Sleevers on here who can help me out with diet. I'm keeping it low carb >30, and I've been reading that I need to cut out salt, processed foods etc., stuff I'm pretty much already doing. I just need more help!
