Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Wednesday/New Year's Eve!
It's the last day of 2014! What a wild and crazy year. Between my surgery/lifestyle change and my dad's cancer, it's been both brutal and amazing.
Since I'm a fan of numbers, I figure I'd share the numbers that have defined my year:
Books read: 63
Movies watched in theater: 55
Hours exercised: 312
Distance ran: 229.8 miles
5Ks raced: 1
Hours of yoga: 109
Weight lost: 125 pounds
Body fat lost: 13.5%
Trips to PA: 13
Protein shakes consumed: ~546 ;)
1: frankenshake
2: leftover chipotle bowl
3: taco night with S&R! (I'll be taking vegan vanilla ice cream, pepparkakor, and noir chocolate spread. And sour cream. Since S is vegan and P NEEDS sour cream.)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min beginner flexibility)
How about you?
