B: coffee, 3oz buffalo chicken deli meat and 1oz American cheese

L: 3oz rotisserie chicken

D: homemade meat sauce with zucchini, summer squash, onion, garlic, mushrooms, carrots, celery, beef

S: 1/2 grape chobani yogurt, protein coffee

W: 120oz

Today was our first normal day back home after my daughters hospitalization. It started out good but we gave her some Benadryl to get her to sleep and she melted down for about an hour. All the stress for this ordeal has stalled my weight loss this week. 

b: protein shake

s: skipped

l: turkey lunch meat

s: protein bar

d: scrapped some cheese and meat off lasagna that someone brought over. Not my favorite thing to do since it is hard to log but I didn't eat any noodle. 

v: done

w: done

e: just some general walking. Back to workouts on Saturday.
