I'm currently watching last night's My 600-lb Life.  ARGH PENNY, ARGH.  

I had a super productive morning, though, which involved my 6-month dentist trip.  The tech came over during my cleaning and said, "I didn't recognize you when you came in!  But then I heard you laugh and knew it was you!"  How awesome is that?  :D

exercise: 1:12:36 5k training for a total of 3.39 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)
