11/23/2010 4 Year Post Op Update
Hey Guys!
It's been a good 2 years since I have been on.... I was recommending this site to a few friends getting the surgery I had and I decided to browse and update. I know I remember when I was first getting the surgery I loved to see the posts from everyone that were a few years out already.
I had my surgery 11/23/2010 I just had my 4 year surgaversary a few months ago! and I am loving life. This surgery was still the best decision I ever made for myself. I don't obsess anymore about what I am eating and how much. I eat way more than I did 4 years ago. (I can eat a whole sandwich, 2 slices of pizza etc) bread, potatoes, rice etc. still fill me up so I eat that in moderation or last. I have been keeping my weight between 140-150. I had got down to 127 and I was wayyyy toooo skinny.... I workout when I can all my skin has pretty much bounced back I do have what they call bat wings that im still working on and stretch marks galore lol. I wear sz 5-7 depending on who makes it, I went from a sz 10 shoe to a 9, s/m tops. I lost my boobs haha I still hope to get that fixed in the future.
any other questions don't hesitate to ask!

Hope you don't mind my saying so, but you were very pretty in your before picture too. But obesity undermines health, and I'm glad you lost the weight and can be an even better mom to your cutie-pie kids.
