My doctor doesn't require a liquid diet pre op well kinda BUT not like I have seen here I get two protein shakes and liquids like everyone else that's on the liquids diet .......but for my last meal of the day I get real food a low carb high protein meal but still real food i wonder if this will be harder or easier ..knowing that I will have something to look forward to after starving all day...then again I'm afraid I'll over eat because of the meal at the end :( what are your thoughts or experiences?

I personally liked having the full 2 week liquid diet because I dropped quite a few pounds from it (and I like a challenge), and I think it would have been harder for me because I would have been more tempted to cheat throughout, since obviously eating isn't going cause the surgery to be cancelled.  I can see how it would be easier for some people though...a light at the end of the tunnel! Suffer through 13 days and the last one you can eat!

This was what my plan allowed basically. They had guidelines for the full "real" meal. Like, low carb veggie, serving of carbs such as rice or potato, low fat dairy, lean protein. I was able to take that meal and split it up though, so I would have a small salad as a snack, or some meat rollups. I did pretty well on it along with my protein shakes. I didn't lose a huge amount of weight, but 8lbs was sufficient for my team and me.

Is it me or does anyone else see the OP in Elvish font?

This is what I see:

Its not that you offended anyone, more it makes it very difficult to read.

Honestly I can maybe make out one or two words.  Just a tough font to read.  Just like really light or bright colored fonts makes it difficult to read.
