When did you first start to feel full?  I had surgery five days ago and am still on liquids along with yogurt, protein drinks and the like. My protein shake is 11 ounces. I drink it very slow but I haven't had a full feeling yet. Any thoughts?

Your nerves to the stomach have been cut and you will start to feel more fullness as they heal.  Protein drinks will not cause fullness as they pretty much run through you.  When you begin eating dense protein like beef, you will get a full feeling.

Constantly seeking "feeling full" is what got most of us to obesity. Try to focus on following your plan and only eating the amount your surgeon has told you to. We need to change our mindset to be successful with this whole weight loss thing.
