My dad's service was lovely and the celebration of his life throughout the weekend was perfect.  I'm so grateful to have had such an amazing man for a father!  Now it's time to move forward - back to life and school.  My fall term starts today.  I'm only doing 11 credits this term so it feels very lazy, but one of them is anatomy which will kick my butt, I'm sure.  I'm planning on using my "free" time to get back to working out the way I want to.  

Today is a weird day due to cars being in shops... so I'll be stuck at school from 10am-8:30pm, unable to cook dinner, and at the mercy of my lunch box.  

1: protein shake
2: deviled eggs, grain salad (leftovers from the reception)
3: chicken caesar wrap from Wawa?  
?: quest bar in case of emergency

liquid and vites: will be on track - I've got 1.5 liters to take to school and there are places to fill up there.  
exercise: nothing formal.  Mondays will be lifting days starting next Monday!

OH!  I have an awesome NSV to share.  For the first time ever my scale made me tell it who I was this morning!  Granted, this is because my partner's weight was up a little, not that mine was down a little, but still.  This is the first time my scale has ever needed clarification.  He tends to weigh around 170, so I've got a little ways to go to "catch up" to him reliably, but it's cool to know that I'm getting closer :D  Never in a million years did I think I'd weigh less than Lance.  Even if he does have 7 inches of height on me.

Glad your fathers service was lovely. That is a cool NSV! I imagine the scale will continue to get confused for a while until you get below him. I can't wait to be down below my husbands weight. Its always mortifying when he offers me his jacket when I get cold and I can only drape it over my shoulders lol

Gwen, I love your NSV!  I remember a time when I thought I'd never weigh less than my hubby.  Well, I'm about 50 pounds less than him and I remember the joy of moving thru his weight range!  Happy days!

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - left over steak tips and mashed potatoes. 

Lunch2 - pizza casserole

dinner - crack slaw - I have one serving left...

Vitamins - on track

water - good - never a problem anymore

exercise - I walked a little today - I was pleased to feel motivated again.  I've been a real slug lately.

I haven't been around for a while, so I missed the news about your father, Gwen. I'm so sorry. You posted about his health from time to time, so I knew he was seriously ill. My condolences.
