Trying to upload pic

Hi as promised I am uploading pics from today at the gym, and about 3 wks ago of my favorite horse but when I push up load, my pics are coming up sideways, can anyone help me with this???

Sometimes they look like they are, but they arent really. I just went to your profile and see some pics of you in a pink top at the gym with some EZ Bars, is that them? They're right side up :)
