Happy Friday, all!  Yesterday was a long day for me, but I got graduation pictures and booked my second plastic surgery!  Plus I got to sing, so it was a great day.  Today is a bit ridiculous since I'm driving up to visit my mom for the weekend after running around all day.  I've got fitness classes this morning, my monthly massage (which I desperately need right now), an allergy shot, and bereavement group before I can hit the road north.  I'm glad most of my days aren't like this!

1: protein shake
2: ham and cheese
3: no idea since it'll depend on whether or not my mom wants to wait for me to arrive to have dinner

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pilates yoga hybrid class, tai chi class, pilates class

TGIF!!!! Moving day is so much closer, and this is the last few days to pack up my life. I know I am 29 and moving out of my parents house (I lived out a few years ago but came back to go back to school etc), but I am super excited, but more so happy. Happy I found 'my person'. If I didn't do the crazy WLS, I would not be where I am today. I am thankful, always. Working only 11 hours today, then going to a friends house to hang out for a bit. Sucks working so much, plus trying to pack up life, I haven't seen these friends in a while. I hope I don't pass out there from being a zombie!

L I didn't eat my lunch yesterday, so the insides of a burrito and cheese

D no idea. Maybe stop at Wendys for chili

Eek I have a big presentation this morning.  I just finished prepping -- it is in 10 mins!  I think I am nervous because I am speaking right after the CEO and want to make a good impression.  Wish me luck!

Good morning!! My doctor's appointment went well this morning.  I weighed in at exactly 192 on their scale with my clothes on... my scale at home was still 192.2 when I weighed in naked first thing this morning.. not sure how that works but I'll take it. 

B: 1/2 bagel from Panera with cream cheese (YES! I know, CARBS and all that... I met a friend at Panera after my doctor's appointment and we split a bagel.  I'm running tonight so i'll work the carbs off.  Sorry, sometimes bagels happen.) 

L: Chopped salad from Subway

S: String cheese and maybe a Oikos yogurt if I feel noshy

D: NO CLUE! This weekend is my anniversary and my husband has all these plans for us that I don't know about.  So playing it by ear. 

Exercise: Going to the gym right after work since it's going to be a busy weekend. Since I've got these extra carbs, gonna try to beat my best 5k time.

Good Morning Everyone!!!  I just got back from a heavy leg work out at the gym.  My arms are still sore from Wednesday.

Yesterdays totals:  Calories-841, Fat-32.4g, Fiber-3.1g, Carbs-49.7g, Sodium-1332mg, Protein-87.9g, Water-70.8 floz. Daily Calorie Composition: 24% from carbs, 34% from fat and 42% from protein.

 

AM/B: Peppermint White Mocha + ON white chocolate protein

S: Red Grapefruit

L: Ribeye

S: Premier Protein

D: Chicken Breast and Quinoa

How do you like the tai chi class, Gwen?  I've been mulling over taking a look at it.

Today, work, work, work, is the motto!  Writing many articles for various places and also contemplating further graduate study.  Don't really need a psychology doctorate, though.  Might be interesting to get a biochemistry PhD for fun.   I also love anatomy - it'd be awesome to be anatomist, though counseling is still my passion.

....aaaaand that's probably why I'm still single!

Fasting today. 

Meal 1-2: coffee

Meal 3: crustless pizza (around 5pm)

Meal 4: 5oz beef.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
