Wooo scale victory!

i was finally able to break my stall! I am also now under 300 pounds!!! I weighed three times to make sure...299 all three times!!

I've honestly been battling depression even harder the past week or so. I threw up for the first time since the day of surgery yesterday. Not a lot but it sure was painful!!

This journey has been a rough one but also the most rewarding choice I've ever made.

That's wonderful, congratulations! It is rough at times, hang in there and know that each day it gets better and better! I can't remember from your posts if you are in counseling? Your doing great!
