What kind of Chinese food do you order after WLS?

I was wondering what your favorite Chinese food is after having WLS?

I think today is Chinese New Year or it's close!

I never know what is healthiest to order and it's nice to have some prepared food on hand. A small container of Chinese food lasts me a few days.

I always skip the rice too!

I order any kind of meat that's not breaded or battered (I'm partial to chicken) with a sauce that's more spicy than sweet. I don't eat any rice or noodles. I usually splurge and have an egg roll or spring roll as well since I don't have Chinese very often!

I don't eat the rice or noodles.  I do eat the general tso, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and the mandrin chicken without the mandrin sauce.  Of course not all in one visit, but that is the only stuff I eat there.  Since wls, when I crave chinese it is mall chinese like panda express.  I don't know why and only around 11 or noon when it is fresh.

I enjoy Panda Express in pinch too! You're right about going when it's a busy time. Otherwise, the food has been sitting around or they don't have ready to go.

Chicken and Broccoli or Beef and Mushrooms is my fave. As long as the meat isn't breaded, and there isn't pasta/rice in the dish than it's usually alright :)

Steamed shrimp and brocoli.  No sauce at all.  No noodles or rice.

I haven't had chinese yet since  my RNY, but I imagine my favorite beef and broccoli would be good. YUM! No rice of course! A lot of chinese places have fare to choose from that is tofu as well.  I have made a general tsaos with tofu that was really good.  Oh, and egg foo young would probably be okay, too.  Let us know what you choose.
