My boss took us out to lunch today at Santa Fe, and then to Jandy's Frozen Yogurt, so ................ I don't get dinner tonight, lol ..... no more calories left! Ha!
B: 3/4 c. fatfree cottage cheese, NSA diced peaches
L: Lunch portion of Club Quesadilla, a few tortilla chips, and a handful of roasted peanuts
S: NSA frozen yogurt w/strawberries & bananas
D: Sniff, sniff ... nutt'n, lol!
Totals: 1347 calories, 132 carbs, 59 fat, 75 protein
Walked 3 miles: burned 303 calories

S: 1/2 an avocado, sprinkle of shredded cheddar, drizzle of balsamic

S: 5 White Cheddar Soy Crisps, 2T tzatziki sauce made with 0% greek yogurt

I haven't been on OH in a dogs age!
Glad to see some of the peeps are still here and more!
I am up 3.5lbs and need to re-introduce myself to the boards and surround myself with all you wonderful people!
I have been doing great! Had my GB out. No biggie. Was causing me a little discomfort and had some stones so dr said get it out before it caused any more trouble.
I have been straying from the healthy good for me eating. Those nasty old bad habits have returned. I am loving the sweets and am able to tolerate them in moderation. So moderation is the key. Not tolerating some 3 times a day! YIKES! Also starting drinking caffiene free diet pepsi again! I went over 1.5 years w/o the **** and now I want it?? Weird!
And something else weird....I ate a whole piece of pizza the other day! And not your frozen pizza size! Ya know a slice of pizza! Can anyone else do that??
Well, it is nice to see everyone! I am going to come back on tonight and start logging what nasty stuff I am eating! Time to "come clean" with myself!
