Hello everyone!  I am starting to get worried about Nancy.....she said she would be gone the weekend into monday, its now almost a week later.  I am going to the dr tomorrow about this new ulcer, keep me in your prayers.....
B. protein shake
S. 2 oz cottage cheese, 2 oz sf fruit cup
L. 3 oz soup, 1/4 bananna, 2 strawberries
D. 2-3 oz pork chop,sauerkraut, sf apple sauce,cauliflower, bite of salad
S. protein shake

I, too, am getting worried about Nancy!  Maybe we will hear from her soon!

Good luck tomorrow Maria on your doctor's visit.  Hope everything is okay.  Also, hope you can find some answers as to why this keeps being a problem for you.

It's been a non-productive lazy day today! 

Eats:

B:  3 oz. pork loin

L:  4 oz. chicken breast, sweet tater

S:  2 pieces of 50 calorie wheat toast w/cinnamon & splenda

D:  4 oz. chicken breast

S:  Nonfat, sugarfree frozen yogurt, banana, pecans

Totals:  1136 calories, 142 carbs, 19 fats, 101 proteins

I'm also worried about Nancy and I'm still praying for you Maria.

My eats for the day were real bad. Had a slumber party for my 10 year old so I had lots of snack foods so I ate and ate. Really didn't even taste that good. Pouch was a little upset. Will get back on track and this time need to really stick to it.

Planning on running my first 5K in two weeks. Looking forward to that but a little nervous.

Gay, your food looked pretty good today. Good job with that.

 Today wasn't a very good day for eats. I think I'm getting the flu! Yuck :( Anyways here goes

B 1/4 c of oatmeal w/1/2 c of skim milk and splenda
S South beach diet protein bar
L 1 Low fat cheese stick and 7 low fat triscuit crackers
S skinny caramel macchiato
40 ozs of water
S few pcs. of beef jerky

Thanks Julie, I need all the prayers I can get.  Dont fret too much about your food choices, just get back on track as best you can today.  I am proud of you for doing the 5K, that is just awesome.  You will do great.  maria

So far today this is what i've had...

B - Bagel with sugar-free jelly with several sips of skim milk

S - I sipped on a cup of coffee all morning

L - 1/2 can Mushroom Barley Soup, Banana, Wasa cracker

Hi All!  Had a magnificent weekend...the weather in San Diego was simply DIVINE and I soaked up the sun like crazy. :)

Early: 1.5 scoops BSN Lean Protein Desserts - Cinnamon Roll flavor, 3/4c unsweetened almond milk, 2T SF DaVinci Pumpkin Pie Syrup

B:  2 egg whites, scrambled with feta cheese & scallions

S: 4 strawberries, 2T greek yogurt  for dipping with a splash of SF DaVinci French Vanilla Syrup

L:  2 oz grilled lemon chicken, 1c raw spinach, sprinkle of shredded cheddar, 2T LF Balsamic

S: N/A (lunch was late)

D: 3oz Southwest Chicken Breast, 1/8c salsa, 1/8c LF Cream Cheese, 1/8c Shredded Mexican Cheese

Dessert:  4 more of those plump, delicious strawberries (Good GAWD they are so good right now)!!
