Hello everyone, Went to the dr yesterday, having a scope on the 17th. Missing you nancy.  Work sucked today, bigtime.  todays eats
B. protein shake
L. 2 oz cheeseburger, string beans, 1/4th banana,3 strawberries, cool whip
S. small piece of cake at work :)
D. 1/4th cup speghetti squash, 1/4th cup angel hair pasta, 1/2 meatball, 1/2 piece garlic bread
S. dove chocolate bunny
S. protein shake
Not the greatest eats today, but did not feel bad for eating that way. Have a great night and see you all tomorrow.  maria

decided to up my calories because the scale is not budging. was trying to stay under 900  but am know going for 1100. we will see. here it is for today.

Good luck on your scope Maria!  Hope everything is okay!  Tammy, sometimes we don't give our bodies enuf calories, thus resulting in a stall.  Hope the upping your calories works!

Had a good day today, and got my much needed B-12 shot.  I just seem to run out of energy and I get them twice a month now!

B:  4 oz chicken breast, 2 slices 50 calories toast w/honey

L:  Banana & peanut butter

S:  3/4 c. cottage cheese and NSA diced peaches

D:  Chicken stir fry with 1/4 c. brown rice

Totals:  883 calories, 98 carbs, 25 fats, 74 proteins

 I really tried to stick to basics today!

B 2oz lean steak and 1 boiled egg.

L Salad with 3 avocado slices, 3 tomato slices,1/4 c. of broccoli, 1 boiled egg and 2 oz of steak

S 1 serving of cashews

D 2 oz of chicken breast and 1/4 c. of broccoli

I may have a small snack later tonight, I don't know.

I got all my water and vitamins today.

B1. 3 slices bacon 1 cheesy egg.
S. ww crackers with salami and cheese
L.   insides of a 6" roast beef sub with ranch
S. doghnut and coffee. They were served at work. I couldn't help it:-)

Hi, everyone! Not a bad day overall.

B-2 scrambled eggs, mushrooms, onions and ketchup (no cheese!!), 5 grapes
S-orange, 5 grapes
L-Chicken salad and 4 crackers- 220 cal, protein 9, carbs 15, grapes (not sure how many)
S-Kay's Natural Protein chips -190 cal, protein 15, carbs 15, popcorn
D-3.5 oz chicken breast-190 cal, 12 carbs, 15 protein, 2 pieces of pepper jack cheese, 5 almonds

Workout a lot today

40 min weight lifting-arms
70 min fitness tapes
Ran one 9:40 min mile
Walked/sprinted another 3 miles (walked the curves on the track and tried to run as fast as I can on the straight aways)

Now if I can just go to bed without eating more. Really want to move the scale down

Hey all!  Had a fabulous hour+ long chat with a fellow OH member this morning who just had her surgery last week...I have to say it is so nice to talk "in real life" with people on here.  We laughed up a storm! :)

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Shake (Whipped Vanilla Creme flavor), 3/4c skim milk, 2T PB2

B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2T salsa

S: N/A today

L: 1c raw spinach, warmed in the pan with 2 slices turkey bacon crumbled up, 1/4c feta cheese, red onion, 2T Balsamic Dressing

S: 1/2 Joseph's Lavash Wrap (baked till crispy), 1/4c 0% Greek Yogurt w/fresh dill

D: 3oz Blackened Mahi-Mahi, 1/8c shredded cheddar cheese, 2T Salsa, 1/4th of an avocado mashed

Dessert:  Not sure yet...probably something with strawberries (I still have 1/2 a flat of them left YUM)
