help me

 I held under 130 for a couple of years after rny and ever since last summer it has gone up to 135 now...started 6 weeks ago, walking, cardio and strength training....gone back to protein drinks and cutting out sugar..when will it help?  Getting so frustrated!

If you are working out a lot, you may not be getting enough calories.  try increasing the dense protein (meat, fish) and see if that helps.  Good for you for getting back on track.
