Are you thinking about giving lower-carb eating another shot?  Have you done it successfully before, and think you can offer information and support to others?  Have you been wondering what a few days of Atkins-type eating really looks like in reality?

The Atkins/Low-Carb group on OH is here to offer support, information, and encouragement (or a kick in the pants) if you need it!  Come see what the lower-carb way of eating is like!

I don't follow the Atkins diet but I do eat more veggies and protein than carbs. If I have carbs they are whole grain wheat. Whole Grain Wheat Flour..it's not whole grain. It's like white bread but brown...

I eat lean meats all the veggies I can get my hands on. No carrots, No corn, No soda, No juice basically No Sugar. It's hard at first but you will get used to it. Another great program to get more info is "The Suzanne Somers" protien diet...Google it. That has helped me threw this whole journey of mine. I had surgery back in Jan and have lost over 75 lbs....I must be doing something right. You'll find what best fits you!

Good Luck!
