Okay - RNYers...
We are planning a Deep Sea fishing trip on our vacation...Can I take dramamine?  Does it come in liquid form?

Do Sea Bands really work?

Will I ALWAYS have to take liquid or chewable vitamins and supplements or at some point can I absorb a pill or soft gel?

Thanks in advance!

Have your doc give you a prescription for a scopolomine patch.  You put it behind your ear.  Each patch lasts for several days.  And, yes, it really does work!

Not a RNYer, but my mom & sister both tried the bands, no go- it didn't seem to do anything. Mom got the patch, worked great.. sis just took otc pills (not a WLS person.)

I took another brand - Bonin - chewable 24 hr pills. I would take one every evening./ Not only did it help me with the nausea - but also helped me sleep all night...
Sinc eit workes for 24 hrs - taking it before bedtime (since most of them cause drawsiness) made a lot of sense.
