I am so with you on this!  I was thinking this was about a way to puree dunkin donuts and make the WLS friendly.

Your post is as nice and informative as usual since your advice about Passover, then your "friendly" advices about my English . I'm very happy to hear from again.

Why would you need it?

It is a version of Atkins diet - IMO. It is very strict low induction phase - for a week, alternating with a week that allows same lean proteins and some veggies.  And start over and repeat... for ever...
I do follow it ... some... even before I knew its name- just because I don't tolerate starchy carbs  or sugary fruits very well (reactive hypoglycemia). Too much fat - and I get nausea, or runs..
So I do try to follow lean protein diet with some veggies and limited fruits.  I am happy on it...

I do limit any - and most artificial sweeteners and flavoring... (I think they are not allowed on the diet)... check it out...

Thanks for your respons.
You are right, I dont need it NOW. I'm 17 months post RNY and lost 130lb. I feel great: however, I'm afraid of regain and that is why I'm looking for some idea, how to live and what to eat now and in the future.
Thanks again
