Calling all RNY'ers

At 16 months out, I pretty much eat anything I want within reason.  I pretty much stick to a low-fat, low-sugar (if not sugar free) diet with lots of protein.  Once in a while I will treat myself with something sweet (small bite).  I try to keep up with my protein (at least 60 gms per day).  Now that summer is here, I will be eating a lot more salads, fruits and veggies.  Everyone is different; you just need to experiment with things to see what works for you.

I am only   2 months out and have very limited chooses that sit well with me and 1 that doesnt sit well as in meat seem every time i have and meat i have to spit and spit and then throw up not much then i feel better cottage cheese, chili's ,soups but they have no protien getting worried hate the drinks too maybe i get 30g tops 50grams a day of protien   HELP
