Happy 4th Surgiversary to me!!!

Four years out today, at my goal weight and feeling awesome.   I have no regrets.  I follow my eating plan, exercise moderatey and have been given a second chance at life.

On the day of surgery I weighed 290 pounds.  I am 5'11".  I am now at my goal of 165.  I don't believe that weight loss surgery is a magic fix to obesity, and if you believe that don't get it.  It gave me the help to lose weight and keep it off, but I have had to do the leg work. 

I would do it again in a second.   Remember, nothing tastes as good as health feels!!!!
