L: 4 Meatless Meatballs on a bed of 1/2c Ricotta Cheese topped with 1/4c Low-Carb Tomato-Basil Pasta Sauce
S: 10 White Cheddar Soy Crisps, 1oz Cheddar Cheese
D: 3.5oz Blackened Mahi-Mahi, 2T Shredded Cheddar-Jack, 1T White Sauce, 1T Salsa, 1oz Avocado
